As part of the Strategic Plan to upgrade the Consortium’s fleet, the Castellón Fire Consortium has acquired several vehicles so far in 2026 to modernize its fleet.
These include seven trucks and four Amarok-model pickup trucks (UPC). Regarding the trucks, the bodywork process is currently underway for two FSV, two BRP, two BUP, and one BUL units. The BUP and BUL units are already in the final stage of bodywork, with delivery imminent.
In addition to the eleven vehicles mentioned above, a recent tender—now at the award proposal stage—has been awarded to Rosenbauer España for the acquisition of another four BUL and two BRP units, totaling nearly €2.3 million.
In total, the Strategic Plan implemented by the Consortium since the new management team took office has resulted in the acquisition of eighteen trucks, six command vehicles, four pickup trucks (UPC), and a front-end loader, for a combined value of €6.8 million.
