January has been marked by strong winds, with several days of weather alerts. This situation has caused numerous incidents in the province, where the Castellon Province Fire Department has responded to over 100 calls.
These interventions involved firefighters removing objects that had fallen onto public roads, or securing them to prevent further damage. These actions included the removal and clearing of fallen trees, metal sheets, fences, advertising signs, and facade elements such as walls, cornices, and awnings. The town of Onda stands out, with over 25 calls.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported in any of these incidents.
