The Provincial Firefighters Consortium continues to strengthen the staff with the publication of the exam date for the 28 firefighter driver positions.
The Official Gazette of the Province (BOP) has published this Thursday the final list with more than 1,200 candidates as well as the qualifying panel and the call for the first exam that will take place on July 26 at the Faculty of Legal and Economic Sciences of the Jaume I University.
The deputy of Firefighters, David Vicente, has indicated that this call is added to the three calls for public employment that were published in the BOP just a week ago, “and with which we are going to cover structural vacancies and will significantly facilitate the stability and functioning of the fire brigade.” The calls published last week refer to a position for an Occupational Risk Prevention Officer, a position for Planning and Civil Protection, and a position for a Maintenance and Logistics Officer. “With these publications we take another step to fulfill the commitment made to strengthen a body of professionals who ensure the safety of all citizens,” added David Vicente, who also stressed that the publication of all these calls “responds to “the efforts made to streamline the administrative procedures of the largest job offer made and ensure that the incorporation of new personnel is a reality in the shortest possible time.”
In this regard, the call to provide a position for Occupational Risk Prevention Officer, through the competitive examination system, five applicants are the definitive candidates and the first theoretical, mandatory and eliminatory exercise will take place on July 10.
The call to fill a position in the area of Planning and Civil Protection has 21 admissions and the first exam will be on July 17.
